THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This product is absolute trash. It's so bad, it makes me want to cry. I've tried it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The quality is pathetic, and the features are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I wished I'd purchased something functional instead.
